Delete your PuckApp account and data
PuckApp has not launched yet (target: soon), so there are no app accounts to speak of yet. If you left us your contact details on the waiting list and want it removed, write to us below — we'll remove it right away.
Once the app launches, you'll be able to delete your account and all its data at any time, directly in Settings. This page will then be updated with a request form for people without app access — until then, please reach out by email.
How to delete data now
Email puckapp@sgsoftware.pl from the address you gave us earlier. We'll remove your email and any records tied to it within a few business days.
After the app launches
Deleting your account in the app will cover, in particular:
- your account and profile (email, display name, household membership);
- your NFC tag configuration and assigned actions;
- your event history (taps, notifications, tasks);
- your push notification token and session tokens.
In-app deletion will be immediate; an email request is completed within a reasonable timeframe, and data also disappears from backups on their rotation cycle.
What may be retained
A minimal record of billing data (for a PuckApp PRO subscription) may be kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
