Tapinion Terms & Pricing

These terms govern the Tapinion service — delivery of NFC stickers that redirect to a Google review screen, plus an optional analytics dashboard — provided by SG Software Development (Szymon Gaweł). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By ordering NFC stickers or activating the dashboard subscription, you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Service description
We supply physical NFC stickers configured so that tapping them opens the review page you specify (by default your business’s Google profile). Optionally, we provide a dashboard showing aggregate scan counts over time, and per tag/employee with named tags.
3. Pricing

Prices are net and exclude VAT, added per applicable rules. -20% when you order 2 of the same variant. The final sticker price depends on the variant and order size — confirmed in a quote before fulfilment.
4. Ordering stickers
Orders are placed by contacting us at tapinion@sgsoftware.pl. Stickers are a one-time purchase with no subscription attached. Turnaround time is confirmed individually per order.
5. Dashboard subscription
The dashboard is an optional monthly add-on. Free for 1 month when you buy 1 sticker, and for 3 months when you buy 4 or more. After the free period, the subscription rolls onto standard pricing unless you cancel first — you can cancel at any time, and access stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling the dashboard does not affect how the stickers themselves work.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a sole trader and the order is unrelated to your professional activity, consumer-protection rules may apply to you, including a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the stickers, under applicable law. Contact tapinion@sgsoftware.pl to start a return.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the stickers or dashboard for any unlawful purpose;
- manipulate scan counts or their source in a misleading way (e.g. fake traffic);
- interfere with the service or bypass its safeguards.
8. Intellectual property
The dashboard software, its code and design, and the Tapinion brand belong to SG Software Development (Szymon Gaweł) or our licensors. Purchased physical stickers become your property; these terms grant no rights to the software beyond a licence to use the dashboard as intended.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the dashboard running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change its feature set; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content or operation of the Google review page a sticker redirects to — that is a Google LLC service outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the stickers or dashboard.
11. Termination
You may cancel the dashboard subscription at any time by contacting us. We may suspend dashboard access for a breach of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise the competent courts apply under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and pricing. The “Last updated” date always reflects the current version; we will notify customers by email of material changes.
